By accessing this website and/or booking services with Salty Trails, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that causes damage, disrupts access, or infringes on the rights of others.

2. Services & Information

All information on this website is provided in good faith. While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or suitability.

Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify bookings at our discretion

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be charged in full

• Failure to attend a booked service without notice will result in full fee forfeiture

• Plans and prepaid services are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled where possible with sufficient notice

• Missed sessions under a plan are forfeited if less than 48 hours’ notice is given

• We operate small group, limited-capacity sessions — late cancellations directly impact availability

5. Dog Requirements

• Dogs must be fully vaccinated, desexed, and in good health

• Dogs must be non-aggressive and safe around other dogs and people

• Owners must disclose any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special needs

• We reserve the right to refuse or remove any dog at any time if safety is a concern

6. On-Lead Walking Policy

All dogs are walked on-lead at all times to ensure safety, control, and a calm group environment.

7. Owner Responsibility

By booking, you confirm:

• Your dog is fit for exercise

• All relevant information has been disclosed

• Your dog is appropriately trained for a controlled group environment

Salty Trails is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or behaviours.

8. Emergencies & Veterinary Care

In the event of illness or injury:

• We may seek veterinary treatment if required

• All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner

9. Access to Property

• Owners must provide safe and clear access instructions where required

• We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or restricted access

10. Weather & Safety

Services may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions.
Dog safety is always the priority.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dogs participate in services at the owner’s risk

• We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage beyond reasonable control

• Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law

12. Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during services for marketing and social media.
Please advise if you do not consent.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Salty Trails.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without written permission.

14. External Links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. User Conduct
